For most destinations, we aim to have your order ready for dispatch within 48 hours. After it leaves our facility, the carrier's delivery process typically takes 7 to 15 days. You may also see a separate delivery window of 2 to 7 days referenced as part of the carrier's internal handling. The journey from our door to yours involves both our preparation work and the carrier's transit network.

If your delivery address is in an extended-region location

Orders heading to a specific set of countries and regions follow a different schedule. The preparation stage here takes 3 to 7 days. This applies to a broad list that includes Russia, Brazil, Israel, Japan, Chile, Mexico, Ukraine, and many destinations across the Caribbean, Pacific Islands, and Asia. Following dispatch, the shipping time for these areas is generally 14 to 30 days.
